S2000 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using the s2000 platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use s2000's services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and the s2000 management team. This platform is intended solely for users who are 18 years of age or older and reside in jurisdictions where online betting and entertainment activities are permitted.

• Users must be 18 years of age or older to register an account.
• Users are responsible for ensuring their use of the platform complies with the laws of their respective jurisdiction.
• S2000 reserves the right to deny or terminate any user's access without prior notice if these terms are violated.

2. Account Creation & Security

To access the full range of s2000 services, you are required to register an account using accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Owning multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts.

You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. s2000 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access due to the user's own negligence.

• Registration details must be accurate and valid — full name, an active Malaysian phone number, and a reachable email address.
• Users must notify s2000 immediately if they suspect their account has been compromised.
• S2000 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, particularly during the withdrawal process.
• Accounts created using false information may be suspended or closed without notice.

3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules

Users agree to use the s2000 platform solely for lawful personal entertainment. Any misuse, fraud, system manipulation, or attempt to exploit technical vulnerabilities is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the s2000 platform:

• Use of automated software, bots, or scripts to access or play on the platform.
• Sharing your account with another individual or allowing a third party to access or use your account.
• Any attempt to falsify, manipulate, or alter game outcomes.
• Using a payment method that does not belong to you to make a deposit.
• Any activity that violates Malaysian law or other applicable laws.

4. Payment & Transaction Information

All financial transactions on the s2000 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits can be made via supported local payment methods including TNG eWallet, FPX, Maybank2u, and CIMB Clicks. The minimum deposit is RM10 or another amount as specified by the selected payment method.

Withdrawals are processed via the same method used for the deposit and are subject to the following conditions:

• Users must complete the identity verification process before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawal processing times range from 1 to 3 business days, depending on the selected method.
• S2000 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment service providers.
• Any withdrawal suspected of involving fraud or money laundering will be placed on hold pending investigation.
• S2000 reserves the right to set daily or monthly withdrawal limits in accordance with its current policies.

5. Limitation of Liability, Account Policy & Intellectual Property

Limitation of Liability

S2000 does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or error at all times. To the fullest extent permitted by law, s2000 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, this platform.

Account Suspension & Closure

S2000 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice for the following reasons: breach of these terms, suspected fraud, illegal activity, or upon request by relevant authorities. If an account is closed due to user misconduct, any remaining balance may be forfeited at s2000's discretion.

Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, brand names, graphics, and software on the s2000 platform are the exclusive property of s2000 and are protected under intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any platform content without prior written consent.

6. Third-Party Links, Changes to Terms & Governing Law

Third-Party Links & Services

The s2000 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services, such as payment providers. s2000 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.

Changes to These Terms

S2000 reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with the s2000 platform shall be resolved through mutually agreed dispute resolution mechanisms or through the relevant courts of jurisdiction in Malaysia.
